Although, we are very confident that we will never run into this concern due to the HIGH-LEVEL two-person packaging, and inspections system that takes place prior to all shipping. This includes documented details about each order in your individual consumer profile, as well as our expert care double inspection process.

No matter the volume of our business, this is something that we will always take pride in.

Also, due to COVID and the desire to protect our consumers and minimize hands on contact with each product; we have a strict restock process and procedure.

All purchases are final; therefore, we are unable to offer exchanges, or refunds.

ERROR or DAMAGE EXCHANGES:

The customer experience and your feedback are very important to us, so if for any reason your order arrives with an incorrect, or damaged product we will gladly exchange it for you. We highly suggest opening your package upon receipt.

Please email us (csexperience.truenorth@gmail.com) photos/videos of the order slip and order received, and or the order slip and the damaged item(s) within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Once the claim is approved by our compliance department, we will expedite the new items out to you.

Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.

* We are not responsible for adhesive damage caused by weather condition delays as well as the lack of responsibility of retrieving adhesive from the mailbox in a timely manner exposing it to unforeseen weather inclement.
