CANCELLATIONS:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order that has been placed, in transit, and/or has been delivered. We appreciate your commitment to our brand and our products, as we don’t take it for granted.

SHIPPING:

Our Commitment:

Most orders are shipped next day, but please allow between 1-7 business days for your order to be processed, and 1-10 business days for your order to arrive.

DON’T PANIC! You will receive an initial confirmation once your order has been placed and received, and a follow-up once your order has been shipped with tracking details attached. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us (csexperience.truenorth@gmail.com) if you have not received shipping confirmation after 10 business days, but not before checking your junk/spam mail box and ensuring the correct email information was entered.

- Shipping schedule and or times can be affected by holidays and the natural state of individual entities’ business operations due to the current pandemic.

Your Commitment:

  • In partnership with us to ensure that you receive your products timely, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information including contact information (email, phone number, etc.) as well as an accurate mailing address. We understand mistakes happen, but please make a habit of double checking your details during any checkout process to avoid confusion or mishaps. 

  • True North Artistry is not responsible for updating contact information after checkout, but we understand that mistakes happen. If you catch the mistake please email us (csexperience.truenorth@gmail.com) ASAP so that we can attempt to update the information before shipping.

  • If the order has already been shipped to the address provided, unfortunately, the manner is out of our control. To avoid confusion, please review your order and contact information prior to completing the checkout process.

  • Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should the customer’s order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered. 

  • If you enter a suite address inside of commercial suite (Sola, Phoenix, etc.)  please ensure that the mail carrier can gain access during delivery hours (which may vary). Please also ensure that you have access to the mail received at the address in a timely manner.  We are not responsible for your mail not being delivered to your suite from a community mailbox, or picked up by someone else at the suite.

True North Artistry WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If all of your contact information was accurate at the time of checkout, your tracking number has not been updated by USPS, please file a claim through the USPS.

 

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

 Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it is impossible for you, or us, to change it. Discount codes may be used within the timeframe specified on them.

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
